We provide comprehensive cleaning services for industrial buildings (production or storage areas, halls) and related premises. We can perform regular / continuous cleaning, irregular special cleaning and waste collection at production facilities according to specification.

Health care facility and hospital cleaning

RPM Service also provides regular cleaning of hospitals and other medical facilities, carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 195/2005 Coll., which regulates the conditions for the prevention of the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases and the hygienic requirements for the operation of medical facilities and social care institutions. We emphasize compliance with disinfection plans and respect the specific requirements of medical facilities.

Cleaning of state administrative buildings

Our company also provides cleaning of state administrative facilities. Here, too, we emphasize the quality of cleaning, which we guarantee through a multi-level quality control system of the services provided, also on the price, which is very important in this segment. We provide cleaning services in accordance with applicable standards, contract conditions and customer requirements. We keep mandatory operational records and documentation, including other documentation in the scope and form agreed with the customer and in accordance with applicable laws, technical standards and regulations. For our services, we have employees who meet the qualification requirements necessary for the performance of the relevant activity in at least the extent and level stipulated by legal regulations. All activities are performed in accordance with health and safety and fire safety regulations and the customer’s instructions. Our employees are equipped with appropriate work and protective equipment in accordance with applicable regulations and uniform work clothes which are suitable for the activity and the environment and carry the company’s name (logo) and the employee’s name tag. Our employees follow the customer’s internal regulations when they enter and move about the building. We use high quality cleaning products, tools and equipment which do not damage the building or its equipment, including floor coverings, and are not harmful to the environment or human health.

The basic customer requirements for cleaning include:

• Cleaning of interiors with our own equipment and tools using suitable cleaning agents.
• Cleaning work is carried out according to the schedule of work associated with the needs of the building.

Outdoor utilities:

The customer’s requirement is that utilities always looks properly clean and maintained. Utilities means:

• roads, pavements and areas which belong to the building
• paved outdoor facilities
• parking areas
• waste bins and ashtrays
• outdoor rain gutters, drains, street drains and dirt grates
• entrance areas

During the summer we provide:

• cleaning of roads for motorized and non-motorized purposes
• cleaning – collection of rubbish from these areas and undeveloped areas of the complex

In winter we provide the following mandatory services on outdoor utilities areas and inside the building (yard):

• We remove snow and spread gravel to minimize any risk of injury.
• In extreme weather conditions, we continuously perform winter services (snow removal and spreading gravel).
• Our staff ensure regular monitoring of the building and the weather conditions (precipitation and temperature).
• The maximum response time for winter services during snow or ice is 1 hour or longer.
